Development at 8 Months

By 8 months of age, babies become more aware of the difference between familiar and unfamiliar people. They may be cautious around strangers or experience separation anxiety. Providing a familiar, safe, and comforting environment helps your baby feel secure.

Studies suggest that children who grow up in a warm, loving, and emotionally supportive environment from the earliest stages of life are more likely to develop resilience and cope better with stress later in life.
